021 Dynamic Stabilization

Bowler's Squat to Single Leg Stance

Starting Position:
Starting in a single leg bring opposite leg back and behind while keeping the chest up and the body weight over the standing leg.

Muscles Targeted:
Quadraceps, Gluteus medius and maximus

Cueing:
Return to start position by engaging standing foot into short foot. Return position should be with bent knee to challenge hip and knee stabilizers.
