Single Leg Stance: Leg Abduction

Starting Position:
Starting in a single leg stance with a strong foot position bring the opposite leg out to the side in a leg abduction.

Muscles Targeted:
Gluteus medius

Cueing:
As the abducted leg is returned to the start position, short foot should be engaged to stabilize the standing leg and target deep stabilizers.
