Starting Position: Stand with arms at your side.
Action: Jump landing with the feet apart (hip abduction) and jump back landing with the feet together (hip adduction).
Arms: Typical jack arms keeping the arms under water (abduction and adduction). Many arm variations and arm patterns can be used.
Form Cues: Press the heels to the pool floor and keep the knees soft.
Tempos: Water tempo, ½ water tempo doubles
