Equipment: Theraband, toning balls, or contour weights.
Start: Seated legs uncrossed ( but can done with legs crossed), with arms at side holding band ( band is placed behind the back)
Exercise: Inhale to start and extend the arms, exhale to split the arms, inhale back to center. Repeat, splitting opposite arms.
Modification: No weights, sit on towel or rolled mat for tight low back.
