• Arms neutral down
• Feet hip width apart
• Alternate the soccer jog- 2 at water tempo and three fast: right, left, right-left-right, left, right, left-right-left
Arm Pattern:
• Arms scoop to the opposite leg, slow or fast
• You can change scoop into slicing for less intensity
• Bringing the arms outward more gives more turbulence and a higher intensity
Cue Words: "scoop, scoop, one-two-three" OR
"up, up, fast-fast-fast" OR
"right, left, right-left-right, left, right, left-right-left"
