  • There are a lot of different jump options for the ‘hold' part of the basic move
  • Try out some jumps yourself (try them IN the water)
  • Be careful with the demonstration of jumps on land
  • Start with the 3 ski from the basic move
  • Instead of holding the legs, not doing anything, you jump
  • In the video jump, you pull the knee up towards the chest for the front leg and do a leg curl with the back leg
Arm Pattern:
  • Start with extending the arms at the back
  • Circle them forward
  • Now push them down, while doing the jump
Cue Words: “ski, ski, ski, jump up” or “1, 2, 3, jump up”
