051 Deadbug: Upper Extremity Movements

  • Alternating arm and leg deadbug bent knee march
  • Raise feet and do alternating bicycle deadbug
  • Band pullovers: Feet up, knees bent
    • Pull both straight arms with band down to sides by floor
    • One arm band pullover
    • Belly band press- hands together, pull both handles toward stomach
    • Alternating knee band pullover- hands together and pull band toward side of one knee and then other
  • Dumbbells: Feet up, knees bent
    • Lower and lift dumbbells over head
    • One arm lift and lower over head
