Kick and Jack

Kicks are a one leg move where a jack lands with both feet. Plan your transitions to match your population! This combination is shown with a basic transition from bounce center.

• The kicks are front, side, and then you turn 90 degrees with the 3rd front kick. Alternate right and left lead kicks.

Cue: Kick/front, side, turn, together - jack/out, in, turn together.
