Combining 4 moves is even more challenging. A Jumping Jill is a magic change of a Jumping Jack performed with one leg, to make it a female version of the 'strong' 2 legged Jack. Add other moves and have a perfect combination for choreography classes. Even as a single combo, you can use it easily in all kinds of classes.

  • Perform a two legged jack, and a 1 legged jack (Jill)
  • Ski 2, pivot with the feet apart, and jump together- You will be facing the back. Repeat with the other side.

Cue: Jack, in, side, in, ski, ski, pivot, together.
