055 Dynamic Stabilization

Side Lunge into Leg Abduction

Starting Position:
Starting in a single leg stance lunge out to one side in a lunge.

Muscles Targeted:
Quadraceps, Gluteus medius and maximus

Cueing:
Return to start position by engaging standing foot into short foot. As soon as return to single leg stance, bring opposite leg into abduction and return to start position.
