Key Points: Maintain proper alignment with sideway reach- avoid bending forward


  • Bend right knee to 90°, then extend (kick) right leg to side while leaning to left. Bring knee in and extend leg down.
  • Repeat on both sides
  • Arms are held outward from shoulders for balance
