Description: Arms at sides. Abduction and adduction of the shoulder between the frontal and sagittal plane- at a diagonal. Exercise that targets the supraspinatus, anterior and medial deltoid muscles per the research.

Variations: Using sports tubing.

Exercise is recommended for: Clients with history of shoulder impingement, rotator cuff repair, shoulder arthroscopy, and shoulder instability.
