Standing Balance Exercises - Level 3 Weight Transfer with Head and Body
Movements
Four Corner Marching
Begin marching in place.
Continue to march and turn the head and body a quarter turn to right.
Continue marching and turn the head and body a quarter turn until four turns have been completed.
Repeat above but turn the head before the body on each quarter turn.
