Land Exercises - Level 2 - Chest Stretch on Knees
*On knees position is not recommended if client has knee problems.
Equipment: Small playground ball or therapy ball.
Position: Kneeling on all fours with the ball off to the affected side.
Description: Place affected hand on top of ball and turn your head in the opposite direction until you feel a stretch in the chest and shoulder. Keep your abdominals strong. |
