Land Exercises - Level 2 - Side Ball on the Wall

Equipment: Small playground ball.

Position: Standing perpendicular (sideways) to the wall about 3' away with arm below shoulder height.

Description: Place ball in palm of affected hand with your elbow straight.  Slowly roll ball up against the wall as high as you can go.  Hold every few inches and try to move to the point of discomfort not pain.
