063 Running on Side
While maintaining side lying position, one arm holds swim bar above head in line with the body, the other arm with the swim bar straight on the hip. Run in circular motion around in a circle. (with or without swim bars).

Goal: To develop speed and pelvic stability.

Key points - maintain side lying position.
                      - keep hips from rolling forward or backward.
Benefits - balance, endurance, speed.
