Action: Jump and land with right foot forward and left foot back. Jump and switch feet. Continue alternating foot forward.
Arms: Typical ski arms are opposite arm forward. Many arm variations and patterns can be used.
Form Cues: Pull the arms deep next to the hips. Land with soft knees, heel up in back.
