Standing Position Leg Extension
Muscle action: concentric and eccentric hamstrings / gluteus maximus
Movement: Holding weights or Bodybar, with slight bend in knees, hinge forward from the hips keeping the back flat; return to start position. (Exercise provides resistance for both hamstrings and gluteus maximus.)
