133 Mermaid (Traditional Exercise)

Equipment: Toning balls.

Start: Seated in cross legged position.

Exercise: Inhale, as you reach one arm up. Push ball away with the opposite arm . Exhale as you laterally flex to the side with the ball. Inhale and hold, and then exhale as you return arm to side.

Modification: Sitting on one hip, with knees bent to opposite side (like mermaids tail).
