• Hop and turn 3 on the right foot: bring the left knee across, out, across, then quick rock left-right (front-back). Hop and turn on left leg to twist right knee and repeat rock right-left and continue alternating legs
Arm Pattern:
• Use sculling hands for balance
• Add more resistance by pushing the hand to the opposite knee and open for the rock
• To add more fun with the rock, you can shout like a cowboy: 'Yihaa!'
