- There are a lot of different jump options for the ‘hold' part of the basic move
- Try out some jumps yourself (try them IN the water)
- Be careful with the demonstration of jumps on land
Action:
- Start with the 3 ski from the basic move
- Instead of holding the legs, not doing anything, you jump
- In the video jump, you pull the knee up towards the chest for the front leg and do a leg curl with the back leg
Arm Pattern:
- Start with extending the arms at the back
- Circle them forward
- Now push them down, while doing the jump
