051 Deadbug: Upper Extremity Movements
- Alternating arm and leg deadbug bent knee march
- Raise feet and do alternating bicycle deadbug
- Band pullovers: Feet up, knees bent
- Pull both straight arms with band down to sides by floor
- One arm band pullover
- Belly band press- hands together, pull both handles toward stomach
- Alternating knee band pullover- hands together and pull band toward side of one knee and then other
- Dumbbells: Feet up, knees bent
- Lower and lift dumbbells over head
- One arm lift and lower over head
