035a Cardio and Strength Intervals
Squats / Pick Up Put Down Bar

Starting position: standing, holding bar in front of body (against thighs) with overhand grip

Action: squat down with slight hip hinge, put down bar across bench and stand, pick up bar on next repetition

Progressions: add hop after putting bar across bench

Regressions: execute move without bar

Cueing: maintain neutral spine while hinging forward on squat

Repetitions: do this exercise for 1 minute
