The Arthritis Foundation/YMCA Aquatic Exercise and PACE chair exercise programs have been helpful to many. Body Recall chair exercise program may also be comfortable and appropriate. When one is able, walking or use of an exercise bicycle is useful. Use of the exer-ball to increase trunk stability is helpful.
