Fit Tip –
The Importance of Power Posture
:
When you exercise in the water, I will always ask you to maintain Power Posture – to be long and strong while you move your limbs vigorously from that stable core. This is the best way to create functional core strength. You will build the strength and endurance of your postural muscles because you are being pushed and pulled by turbulence and aquatic resistance as you move. This strength and improved alignment carries over into better posture during daily activities. You will stand taller, breathe better, and look smarter and healthier! It's an easy way to look like you are 10 years younger and 10 pounds lighter. Go for it!
