Wall Clocks

Description: Band around arms at wrists. Face wall with hands on wall in front of shoulders, with slight bend in elbows. Keep one hand still and slide other hand to 1 o'clock to neutral, 3 o'clock to neutral, 5 o'clock to neutral. Repeat other side. Exercise that targets scapula and posterior shoulder.

Exercise is recommended for: Clients with shoulder instability, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff repair, shoulder arthroscopy, shoulder bursitis, healed humeral fracture, shoulder instability, scapular weakness or dysfunction.
