Punch Across

Starting Position: Stand with legs apart on the diagonal plane

Base Exercise:

  • Scapula depressed
  • Working the right arm, the left leg is forward on the diagonal plane
  • Push handbar down and across body (adduction)
  • Pull handbar back, leading with elbow (abduction)
  • Repeat with left arm

Progressions:

  • Use more force and more power each direction
