043 Handbar Exercises
Tuck Jumps
Starting Position: Jog in place
Base Exercise:
- Depress scapula
- Click handbars under alternating thighs
Progressions:
- Bring both knees up and click handbars under both thighs
- Stabilize each time the feet land on the pool bottom
- Rotate hips out to side and push handbars down to touch ankles
- Turn handbars to vertical position
- Pull handbars down while legs kick into a V - see Cheerleader!
