043 Handbar Exercises

Tuck Jumps

Starting Position: Jog in place

Base Exercise:

  • Depress scapula
  • Click handbars under alternating thighs

Progressions:

  • Bring both knees up and click handbars under both thighs
  • Stabilize each time the feet land on the pool bottom
  • Rotate hips out to side and push handbars down to touch ankles
  • Turn handbars to vertical position
  • Pull handbars down while legs kick into a V - see Cheerleader!
